Three cookies. No banner.
GambitClip sets only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to keep bots out. We use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels, on the site or in the app. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to. If we ever add a measurement tool we will use one that needs no cookies, or ask you first.
The cookies we set

When you pay, Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies on Stripe's domain for fraud prevention; they are covered by Stripe's privacy policy and never reach ours.
Local storage
The app remembers a few preferences in your browser's local storage, such as your caption style and the last view you had open. This stays on your device, is never sent to us as tracking data, and disappears if you clear your browser data.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Blocking the sign-in cookie means you cannot stay signed in. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal, which in our case changes nothing, because we never track you in the first place.
