A person answers.

Email hello@gambitclip.com from the address on your account. We answer within one business day, usually faster, in English or Swedish.

Tell us what you were doing, what happened, and the run identifier from the app if it is about a run. To report content, appeal a decision or send a copyright notice, use the report page; the subject lines there route to the right queue.

Questions we get most

How do minutes work?

Each plan includes a number of minutes of video per month. A run costs the length of the video, rounded up to the whole minute. At every renewal your minutes reset to your plan's allowance; unused minutes do not roll over. A run that fails on our side returns its minutes automatically.

How long do you keep my clips?

Thirty days after the run, then they are deleted automatically. Download the ones you want to keep. Your library keeps the record of the run (titles, scores, dates) so you can see what you made. Your original footage is kept for 7 days so you can adjust a clip's cuts, then deleted.

Can I change where a clip starts or ends?

Yes. Open the clip and choose Adjust cut: move the start, the end or any seam, extend into the footage or trim it shorter, preview the boundary, and save. The clip re-renders with your cut and you can revert to the original at any time. Cuts can be adjusted for 7 days after the run, while we still hold the footage.

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of a purchase you can get back what you have not used, wherever you live. Failed runs refund themselves. The refund page has the details.

How do I delete my data?

Delete any run from your library, or delete your whole account from account settings. Both are immediate. You can also download everything we hold about you from the same place.

Is my footage used to train AI?

No. Every AI provider we use is on terms that forbid training on customer content, and our routing refuses providers that retain inputs. The privacy policy and security page say how.

A clip is wrong. What do I do?

Every clip carries a score so you can judge it before you post; the software will sometimes pick the wrong moment or cut in the wrong place. Tell us which run and clip and what was wrong. It is the most useful message we get.
