Trust and safety
Report something, or appeal a decision.
All reports go to hello@gambitclip.com. Use the subject line shown on the card so it reaches the right queue. Tell us where the content is (the clip link, or the run and clip identifiers shown in the app), what the problem is, and how to reach you. Reports without enough detail to find the content cannot be acted on. We do not share who reported with the account holder unless the law requires it, except for copyright notices, which are forwarded as the law requires.

- We confirm we received the report, usually the same business day.
- A person reviews it against our rules or copyright policy. Content that is illegal or dangerous is removed first and reviewed after.
- We tell you what we did. If we removed something, we tell the account holder why and how to appeal.
- Decisions are not automated. Under the EU Digital Services Act you can appeal a decision to us, to a certified out-of-court body, or to court.
Authorities with a legal order can use the same address; it is our point of contact under the Digital Services Act, in English or Swedish.
